Now that the days are longer, some of my friends and I started doing weekly hump day hikes. It’s a great way to get together with friends and still keep an active lifestyle. Let’s face it, as we get older our professional lives begin to take precedence, we get married, have kids, etc. Most of us have to pencil in time for workouts and get togethers with our “college” friends (especially when they’re dispersed throughout the Bay Area.) With weekly scheduled hikes we get to kill two birds with one stone, and who doesn’t like to do that!
This week our hike was at The Dish in Palo Alto. May I add we don’t just go for a hike and then head home, no no, we either have a potluck that we prepare in advance or head out to a neighborhood restaurant. This time we went to one of my favorite restaurants Tacolicious, but for sake of the hike location it’s been shortened to Tacolish.
I’m head to toe Lululemon; well not quite, seeing as they don’t make running shoes, but if they did I would totally buy them, I’m that hooked. I could just about live in my Lulu’s but I force myself not to because hey I like to dress up from time to time. You look stylish and put together wearing Lululemon and that’s what I love about the brand. You can still look great even when you are getting all sweaty!
