It's been a while since I've given you all a fitness update and I figured it was about time. I've been putting it off because honestly my progress isn't as far along as I would have hoped. And it's never easy to share progress when the progress isn't there. But in the interest of being transparent with you and keeping it real (like I always do) I felt I should share as I'm sure I'm not alone and the struggle is real. As you might remember, I had wrist surgery this summer. Recovery from that took longer than I thought it would and ... Read more...
Fitness Update: How I Stay in Shape as a Mom
I wanted to share a fitness update with you all since we're already months into the new year and I know so many of you set health and fitness goals for 2018. In January I did my first Whole30 and absolutely loved the experience. While I have not stuck to a Whole30 diet I have been trying to make conscious decisions about my meals. After the Whole30 was over I did indulge a little because ... Read more...
Whole30 Week 4
So I've finished up my Whole30 week 4 and now there are just two more days left (today and tomorrow) before my first Whole30 experience is over. Did you check out the guest post last week about how to rock your Whole30 experience and things to consider before starting the Whole30? If not, you should totally check it out, especially if this is something you have been thinking about trying. I'm already trying to think about how I am going to reintroduce some of the foods I've taken away these last 30 days. Not gonna lie, I'm ready ... Read more...
