I absolutely love my two-piece set from Top Shop that I purchased during Nordstrom anniversary sale. It looks great as a pair and also works perfectly worn separately. I typically have worn this skirt with a white blouse when not paired with the crop top but for fashion week I wanted to be more bold.
My day one of NYFW started with Leanne Marshall and then Marissa Webb (recap here). Before heading to New York I like to do a little outfit planning but at the same time plan for some alternates. Depending on my mood, I may want to switch up my shoes or accessories so while it’s a pain to lug around so much luggage I much prefer it over wishing I had something I left at home.
After Day 1 of shows my blogger bestie and I after taking a quick break at the hotel (and an outfit change) headed up to a rooftop bar overlooking NYFW for some rose and a little networking! I absolutely love this findersKEEPERS Bustier.
I’m back at NYFW and as always Day 1 comes and goes too quickly! Now that NYFW is no longer at Lincoln center I feel like a school girl on the first day of school. I wasn’t sure what to expect and was just hoping to run into some familiar faces. This years is definitely different.
Now the Summer has officially ended it’s time to start looking at fall styles just a little more seriously. It’s still insanely hot here in the Bay Area so no real need to swap out closets just yet but adding a few key pieces in now at the start of the season isn’t a bad idea either.
