With the weather warming up it means one thing, the beginning of garden parties. I love when the sun comes out and the wind dies down so that I can start hosting parties outdoors again! I love hosting our friends and family. I get so much joy from entertaining. Here’s one outfit that I think works great for a spring or summer garden party. I’m loving this Thakoon deep v-neck dress. A little low but it’s super comfortable!! One styling tip I use when there’s too much fabric up top, is I fold the extra fabric down but still keeping it crossed and pin it so that the extra fabric is hidden underneath the waist-band. This dress has an empire waist and so it was a lot easier to keep the look of a low-v but fit me more appropriately. Layering with a lightweight denim jacket is perfect when hosting or attending a garden party because as the weather cools down you’ll want that extra warmth to continue the festivities outdoors, because who wants to miss a beautiful California sunset?! Not this one!!
