As you all know by now, one of my favorite things to do is mix prints. I know many people shy away from mixing prints for the fear of looking crazy so I thought I would give a few tips on how to mix prints and pull it off.
Tip 1: Try and mix prints that are in the same color family. This doesn’t mean be matchy, matchy (that would’t be mixing prints than would it?) but pair similar colors together, like I have done with my outfit here.
Tip 2: Mix larger bold prints with smaller prints. This tends to work out well because your eye is still able to stop on each piece individually without getting blurry eyed. See how my blouses print is more noticeable than the pattern in my skirt.
Tip 3: Rock it! If you’re confident in how you look and feel your outfit choice than it will show and you will never look crazy. In fact, everyone will be eyeing your outfit wishing they could be as bold as you are 🙂
