Last nights Golden Globes were nothing short of amazing. The red carpet definitely did not disappoint. The gorgeous dresses, jewels, clutches and shoes. Here is my roundup of the best dressed ladies of the evening.
Ellie Kemper in the most gorgeous beaded gown. The detail works is impeccable but it definitely looks like it weighs a ton!
Kate Beckinsale in Elie Saab. This dress is simple and elegant. The plunging v-neckline and pleating at the waist was a stunner on the actress.
Jenna Dewan-Tatum in Carolina Herrera. This pale yellow gown looked stunning on Jenna. Loved the classic and chic silhouette.
Amy Adams in Versace. This pale draping blue gown is a total winner. The color is perfect for Amy Adams and a pleasant change in the sea of red and sequin gowns on the red carpet.
Salma Hayek in Alexander McQueen. I absolutely love this gown and the matching Alexander McQueen knuckle clutch.
Julianne Moore in Givenchy Couture. I have a soft spot for dresses with feathers, like this one from Nanette Lepore.
Diane Kruger in Emilia Wickstead. What can I say, the fit was perfect and the silhouette was classic. She looked elegant and stunning.
Maura Tierney in Jenny Packham. Jenny Packham’s marsala colored beaded gown was the only dress featuring the pantone color of the year and it worked perfectly with Maura’s coloring.
Naomi Watts in Gucci. The perfect shade of yellow and the simplicity of this dress is a winning combination leaving Naomi looking absolutely elegant. And that snake necklace was a stunner!!
