Flutter sleeves and cut-out shoulders are two trends that I love and will continue to make a big appearance this spring and summer in my wardrobe. Seaside stripes were named one of spring 2017 fashion trends and I’d like to think that this flutter sleeve dress by Tanya Taylor most definitely fits the bill. I’ve been picking up a number of cold/cut-out shoulder pieces and the more I wear them, the more I want even more of them in my closet. This dress has nautical vibes with a feminine touch. I love that it’s lightweight, perfect for warmer weather, and I’m loving that it’s linen. It has some really great movement.
