The warm weather is back and I’m definitely not sad about it. I have been ready to retire my pants and sweaters for the season and start wearing more skirts and dresses. I have been renting dresses for the last couple years when I have events so my closet is pretty light on dresses. I have a number of casual options though and every year I add one or two more to my collection. I decided to try out Rent the Runway’s new Unlimited program to try before I buy and to not add to much clutter to my closet. I just started it but so far am loving it. I love to wear dresses but rarely wear the same dress more then once or twice so this new Unlimited program is pretty awesome for that. Rather than selecting a dress for an event, I’m looking at pieces I’d like to wear in my everyday. The ones I love and don’t want to part with, I don’t have to since they give you the option to purchase any of the items you currently have at home. If you’re not convinced you have to have it you can send it back when you’re done. It’s pretty amazing! This front zip dress from Troubadour was one of those pieces. The mint, tan, and black combo is perfect for Spring and easily worked with some much in my closet. I wore this dress for a weekend brunch with my best friend. The weather was perfect so there was no need to wear a cover up.
