Every now and again I like to treat myself to a facial. My skin always thanks me for it and I get some relaxing alone time. Heather from Live Love Beauty had reached out to me on instagram a little while ago. I was surprised to find out her salon was located just blocks from my house. Up until now, I had no idea she was there! She let me know about her November facial, which sounded amazing! A Pumpkin Latte Cheesecake Facial. Doesn’t that just sound so yummy and divine?! I was excited that she wanted to partner with me to help get the word out about her November facial as well as some of the other treatments she offers. I got to experience a few of her add-ons to my main facial and let me just say, I left relaxed, pampered, and wanting to go back for more! Ok, I know that last part may come out wrong when you read it, but really, I definitely plan to go back to Heather.
For my facial I started with Microdermabrasion, which I had never had before, followed by the November Pumpkin Latte Cheesecake Facial. This facial includes the Pumpkin Latte Cheesecake mask as well as an Espresso Bean mask for skin plumping thanks to the caffeine. Next, I got a Hydrojelly Mask. Heather mixed two different ones together for an anti-aging, skin firming, and hydrating mask. You may be grossed out by the name but I promise you it smelled great and looked so pretty too. She mixed Australian Sheep Placenta Hydrojelly Mask with the Egyptian Rose Hydrojelly Mask. They come as a powder and then I believe she just mixed them with water. The Australian Sheep Placenta powder had gold specks in it and the Egyptian Rose powder had dried flowers in it.
After my custom created Hydrojelly Mask I got to do a 30 minute Celluma LED Therapy. Heather offers a series of LED Therapy to get you optimum results. It’s a 4 week series where you go in twice a week for the LED Therapy treatment. It’s supposed to help with skin firming, reducing fine lines and wrinkles, and overall skin health. I am definitely interested in doing this series. You can add-on any of the treatments I mentioned above to any of her facials, not just the special facial of the month but if you’re looking to get a facial soon, I highly recommend getting it since it will put you in the fall holiday spirit.
