Looking for your next job/career move is a full time job. There are so many ways to find job opportunities and it would be a shame not to take advantage of all of them. Today, I’m meeting with a recruiter to see what positions with their clients are available that fits with my skills and job criteria.
Dressing for an interview with a recruiter is just as important, if not more important, as dressing for an actual job interview, because they are advocating on your behalf to their clients. So the first impression with them is VERY important.
I chose to wear a red blouse because it shows confidence. I added the chartreuse necklace and multi-colored bangle for an element of fun. I love patent leather pumps, and you can’t go wrong with Christian Louboutin heels; the pop of red from the back is such a statement. I didn’t want to overdo it, since this is an interview for goodness sake, so I paired my red with this ivory linen pencil skirt. The center-pleat up the front adds a bit of sex appeal without being too much.
This is just one of the avenues I am taking in my job hunt. Hope it leads to something amazing!!
