Rachel Parcell knows how to design a beautiful dress and this smocked waist dress is definitely one of my more recent favorites. I’ve worn it a number of times already and get compliments every time! You know you made a good purchase when people can’t help but compliment your style. Rachel just launched her newest collection with Nordstrom and I am in love with so many of her dresses. She has another smocked waist dress that’s available in white and blue and features the prettiest lace skirt and puff sleeve detail. You know I’m obsessed with a good puff sleeve! Recent examples showcased here, here, here, and here. Needless to say, it’s on my wishlist…just have to decide if/when I’ll be able to wear it, cause #momlife.
