Tibi’s PR team sent me this embroidered midi dress last week. As soon as I received it I put it on…well actually the very next day! It’s perfect for the weather we’ve been having and will be great for Summer too!! I’m obsessed with the embroidered details on this midi dress and was so happy and surprised to receive it! I absolutely love Tibi and have been a fan for years. Getting to go backstage before their runway show at NYFW this past September was a dream come true. To get to see the collection up close before it hit the runway and watch the models practice walking in their Tibi shoes was awesome! Now all I need to do is actually get a seat for the show this September and I’ll have met a major blog goal!!
Tibi is currently running their online sample sale which they do twice a year. This dress is included in the sale which is ending tonight. I meant to post about their sample sale earlier this week (I did on my Instagram) to give you all a chance to shop at up to 80% off but with everything that happened with my girl yorkie, Lexie, I’ve been a bit preoccupied and have had my hands full!
If you don’t watch my instastories or missed my post yesterday, Lexie tore the ligament in her left back knee. It happened on Sunday after she jumped out of our car and ran across the street to chase a squirrel. I brought her into the animal hospital on Monday morning, thankfully I called before the vet had to perform surgery on another pet so they were able to squeeze us in and get her checked out right away. They did X-rays that day and let me know surgery was necessary. They performed surgery on Tuesday and now it’s going to be a 3 month healing process.
I picked her up from the animal hospital yesterday. It’s been hard juggling her needs with Masons and making sure she’s separated from Jackson so they don’t try and play together. Right now she’s still very groggy and so she’s not wanting to do too much but she’s a spunky girl and has already tried to do a few things she’s definitely not supposed to. I’ve got to bring her back to the animal hospital every other day for the next few weeks for her to have laser therapy. It’s going to be a lot added to my plate to care for her in the way she needs to heal properly and hopefully recover quickly.
Anyway, I’m ready for a big glass of wine and the weekend to just get here already!!
