Ever since taking down our Christmas home decor I’ve been feeling like our living room needs a little refresh. We recently purchased some new living room decor that really brightens up the space and gives our home more personality. But, I’m missing all the extra that the holidays bring so this year I think I’m going to add some Valentine’s Day home decor. This most certainly will be a first but I think it will be a fun tradition to start. Mason loves when our house is all decorated so I’m sure he will love a little extra hearts and tassels for V-Day too! As usual, I headed to Pinterest for some Valentine’s Day home decor inspiration. Figured I’d share my favorites with you all since my fall home decor and Christmas home decor favorites posts were such a hit!
I will say that the Valentine’s Day home decor inspiration is lacking in comparison to other holidays or season’s…so I’m going to be on a mission to change that! I think I’ll share the V-Day decor I put together in a separate post along with some easy DIY’s like pom pom garlands or a table runner. That way we can start to make this a trend and not just in my household. I know getting together for a Valentine’s party is likely not going to happen this year (thanks a lot COVID) but hey, you can always bookmark this for next year when hopefully everything will go back to normal and we can celebrate all the holidays with our friends and family again!
