I’ve shared with you all before that I am a serial over packer. I can’t help myself. I love options! So when packing for my trip to Costa Rica I definitely made sure I had plenty of outfits and options, while keeping it to one checked bag which was VERY hard. I didn’t realize when booking my majorly discounted plane ticket that I would be paying per checked bag. I’m so use to Southwest where I got two checked bags for free. Then again when you save over $400 on your plane ticket, I wasn’t surprised to read that bags are an additional fee. Good thing I checked before packing so I could pack accordingly.
When you’re reading this, I’ll already be in Costa Rica enjoying my fitness and wellness retreat. I can’t wait to share all about it when I’m home but for now, check out my Instagram feed and stories to see what I’m up to! Packing for a fitness and wellness retreat is a little different than packing for a family vacation but at the same time, if fitness is a priority to you, you will make time to workout in the morning before starting your day. I’m going to outline below everything I packed. My suitcase was literally at capacity and I am just so thankful it didn’t break!
