As you all know, I love to get my holiday shopping done early. I like stress free shopping. Gift giving is my love language and I make every effort to give the best gifts for each recipient. I love shopping at the Gilroy Premium Outlets because not only is there literally a store to shop for everyone on my list, the efficiency of being able to knock it all out in one day of shopping is a bonus! While my 2022 holiday shopping list isn’t that long, every year I am shopping for my husband, kids, my parents, my in-laws, my brother, and his family, and then whomever is our Secret Santa’s. Instead of shopping for everyone in my extended family we draw names at Thanksgiving as to who we get for Christmas. I’m always shopping for both mine and my husbands Secret Santa because I enjoy shopping a lot more than he does and as mentioned before, it is my love language. I get so much joy from shopping for others it really doesn’t feel like I’m doing him a service by shopping for his side of the family or for his Secret Santa, because I am benefiting from the joy it brings me.
Some of the places I like shopping at for gifts are, Bath & Body Works for small add on items to larger gifts for individuals and/or gifts for holiday gift exchanges like white elephant gifts, Vans for picking up a pair or two of Justin’s go-to shoes he always wears, Lululemon for some new fitness apparel and stocking stuffers like gloves, socks, and/or headbands for myself (got to make sure mamas stocking is stuffed as well), H&M for all my holiday party outfit needs, Janie & Jack for holiday outfits for the boys, The North Face for some new outerwear for the boys as well as gifts for others, Nike for shoes for the boys (I love stocking up at the outlets), Kate Spade for nice gift options for some of the ladies on my list (and maybe a thing or two for myself as well), and the list goes on!!
No matter who you are shopping for or what they might like, I can almost guarantee the outlets has a store you can shop for them! I noticed a new collectibles store during this shopping trip at the Gilroy Premium Outlets I hadn’t noticed before that would be perfect for any collector, young or old. They’ve got toy stores for the kids and clothing stores to suit any style from preppy at Polo Ralph Lauren and Ralph Lauren Kids, workwear at White House Black Market, Banana Republic, Loft, and Ann Taylor, to California casual at Volcum and Levi’s. Classic designer brands like Coach, Michael Kors, and Marc Jacobs. The list of retailers’ go’s on and on!
