Silicon Valley is turning out to be quite a fashion forward city. While not making it on the top 10 list for most fashionable US cities (yet) there are plenty of fashionable people, fashion tech companies making their HQ in Silicon Valley, and top retailers moving in to make this a city to watch when it comes to fashion. This past weekend I attended the Camille K + Jarbo fall fashion preview at the Quattro restaurant at the Four Seasons in Palo Alto. And just like what you would imagine, this event was nothing short of spectacular. The Quattro restaurant was set up so that the models could walk down the isles to show off the stunning Camille K pieces and understated, classic, and stylish Jarbo clothes. I loved how interactive the event was. The hospitality was great, the food and drinks were amazing, the dessert was designed to look like the Camille K Lucky Cuff III, and of course the jewelry and fashion was excellent!
I was able to quickly preview all the pieces during the trunk show prior to the luncheon, and made a stop back afterwards, and was drawn to everything in Camille K’s collections. There were pieces shown from all of her collections, and so there was something for everyone. Her Montecito collection was probably the collection I was most drawn to, but I also loved the necklaces from the Chain Reaction collection. Her Couture line are all one of a kind pieces and there was a cuff or two I could easily have integrated into my jewelry collection!
I’d have to say that I couldn’t imagine a better way to spend a Saturday afternoon than enjoying a specially crafted menu of delicious food, refreshing summer cocktails, in what felt like a very intimate setting. Topped off with impeccable service by everyone at the Four Seasons and Quattro restaurant, enjoying everything with a room full of friendly, fashion forward group of people, all while getting to preview a carefully curated fall collection. The experience was needless to say very enjoyable and I truly hope to attend more events at the Four Seasons Silicon Valley.
Thank you to the Four Seasons Silicon Valley for hosting me. All opinions, as always, are my own.
