Wow, Whole30 week three is over! These 30 days are going by so fast. I know I've said it in my week one and week two recap posts but I'm feeling amazing! I've started to become much more creative in the kitchen. I've found recipes that are so tasty I don't even miss the foods that they are substituting for. I don't plan on sticking to a strict Whole30 diet after these 30 days are over but I do plan on keeping some of these meals in rotation and eat as whole as possible! My first ever Whole30 week one is over! I have to admit it was a lot easier than I thought. I guess the build-up to starting Whole30 made me a bit nervous. Cutting out dairy was no problem because I've been dairy free for Mason for so long now that it was a non-issue. I was most worried about cutting out bread, rice, and corn since I ate those on a regular basis.
