I was so excited when Dermalogica wanted to send me some of their best-selling products. I had heard so many great things about their skincare products but had never tried them before. When they arrived it was perfect timing because I was running out of the skincare products that I normally use. They sent me their products with no obligation to post a review on them so please know that as always, I’m sharing my honest opinion! I received their precleanse, gentle foaming cleanser, daily microfoliant, dynamic skin recovery, and stress positive eye lift.
I’ve been using all five products and I must say that I am truly impressed. I love the daily microfoliant because it’s not too harsh on my skin (since it’s ok for daily use) and it leaves my face feeling silky smooth. It comes in a powder (which I was super surprised by) that you mix with water before rubbing on your face in a circular motion. Of course, you have to watch out for your eyes. I use this in the shower daily and feel like my face is almost as soft as Mason’s baby skin!
Having a moisturizer that also has SPF in it is super important to me. All my moisturizers have had SPF or if not, then I need it in my primer. And so the dynamic skin recovery with SPF 50 is a big hit for me. It doesn’t feel like you’re putting sunblock on your skin even though it has such great coverage. It’s not heavy like most SPF 50’s are and easily sets into your skin.
Honestly, I’m loving all the products! The precleanse and gentle foaming cleanser are an excellent skin cleaning duo! I most definitely feel like any impurities are removed from my skin when I use them. I like to precleanse before I hop in the shower and then I apply the gentle foaming cleanser in the shower before the daily microfoliant. It’s honestly been an easy system for me to use so far and I am loving how my skin looks and feels.
Have you tried Dermalogica skincare products before? I’d love to hear your thoughts on them!
