Happy Monday!! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Justin and I went to Monterey for the weekend for a friends wedding. The weather finally cooled down and I of course wasn’t prepared since we’ve been having a heat wave. Thankfully Justin had one of his work jackets in the car so while it wasn’t fashionable I wore it over my dress until they brought out blankets for everyone.
We love going to Monterey and Carmel because its a short drive from Santa Cruz. I go there pretty often with my mom and Mason during the day to get a change of scenery. But the other day rather than driving south we headed north to Los Gatos. It was a pretty warm day but I was wanting Fall weather so badly that I decided to wear this outfit.
This floral appliqué shirt is super lightweight so it helped balance out the bottom half of my outfit. I can’t wait to wear all my sweaters and boots now that the temps seem to be dropping.
