Military vests and jackets have been a big trend that keep coming back year after year. In 2015 and 2016 is was a big trend for fall. But I think that this military vest by Marissa Webb works perfect for spring! This military vest has so many great details! With my husband being in the military I can appreciate the trend and the details that make the pieces look more authentic. This vest is obviously not from a military branch but is a great homage to military wear while still being feminine. This vest has so much style it’s easy to throw on over a number of different tops and definitely makes the outfit! It’s great for every day wear like in this outfit here but I also love how it looks layered over a dress (like I wore it here). And as you all have probably figured out by now, I am loving cold shoulder sweaters. I really like this combination of cut outs and the detailing really plays off each of the pieces. These mules are a few years old from Tibi but they work perfectly with the sweater. Cream with black piping vs black with white piping details. I couldn’t have found a better match now if I had tried.
