This spring I have a feeling I will be living in dresses. I go through phases where I am wearing skinny jeans 24/7 and then there are phases where I want nothing to do with the body hugging jeans and am all about free flowing dresses. This pleated swing dress, has definitely been on rotation lately. I wore it twice in one extended weekend while visiting Carmel and Carmel Valley. It’s so easy to wear, super comfortable and very stylish. I love the the shade of green and how chic the fit is. During the day it works perfectly with minimal accessories and at night I threw on one of my moms scarves and wore it like a shawl. It was the right amount of extra coverage I needed as it cooled down. Plus the colors worked wonderfully together (don’t you just love when that happens.) I haven’t worn these watercolor pumps in ages but again the colors complimented the dress and shawl so well I couldn’t resist a colorful moment in Carmel.
