I have been dying to share with you all some pictures from our maternity shoot we did a few weekends ago. Working with a friend is always fun and it’s a lot easier to get comfortable behind the camera when you’re close with your photographer. I know that may sound a little weird coming from a fashion blogger but my husband usually takes my pictures or my mom. And if not them, then a blogger friend. So I’m always working with people who I am comfortable with. When I have someone taking my picture that I’m not too familiar with I not all that comfortable and it can sometimes show in my pictures. Jess from Birch Studio Photography has been a friends for years and I absolutely love her maternity and baby sessions that she has done so it was a no brainer to ask her to do our pictures. Capturing this time in our lives is so special and I truly love the way they came out.

Seabright Beach was a perfect setting for a sunset shoot. I loved how this Pink Blush Maternity dress looked gorgeous with the colors from the beach and ocean. The pictures turned out so serene!! I also love that this shoot was a little more casual and Justin was in his element. I definitely can see these pictures all over our little beach bungalow!!
