We finally had a break in the rain the last couple of days and so I rushed to get outside before the next storm that’s supposed to hit us. It’s seriously been crazy how much rain we’ve gotten in Santa Cruz and how much flooding and damage it has caused to the roadways. I’m just so thankful I don’t have to go over the hill anymore for work!
Anyway, the rain went away but the cold definitely didn’t!! I’ve been freezing in our house even with our fireplace on and have been bundling up as much as possible to stay warm so when I wanted to get out with a friend and our babies I grabbed this sequin embellished cardigan because 1. I love how oversized it is 2. it’s super warm and 3. the sequins give it a glam touch to this ensemble.
Since I planned to fully take advantage of the day I wore one of my nursing friendly tops so that I didn’t have to rush back to the house to feed Mason. It came in handy as we ended up turning our coffee date into a walk on East Cliff and then lunch afterwards. Such a great afternoon!
