Now that I’m back to work (part-time) I thought I’d share a work appropriate outfit. Thankfully I get to work from home but from time to time when I have to go in to the office for a meeting I’d like to wear an outfit that says, “I got this!” When you haven’t worn slacks in over four months you might as well wear ones that will make you stand out. These Milly sequin tuxedo trousers are classic with a twist since they have the sequins going down the sides which is such a fun touch.
Equipment blouses are some of my all time favs. They are so buttery soft and oh so comfortable. I also like the cut on the signature slim blouse because it looks great tucked in for a more polished look but also looks amazing untucked for a more casual look on the weekend. Rarely do I do it, but sticking to a two-tone outfit is very classic. To match with this deep, rich color of my blouse, I had to go with dark berry lips. With everything else being black, the attention is definitely drawn up to my face. I love mixing metals with my jewelry and now that one of my favorite bracelets comes in silver it makes it that much easier to create a silver and gold arm party!
