I, along with so many other fashion enthusiasts around the globe, anxiously anticipated the 3.1 Phillip Lim for Target launch. I had the date in my calendar for months prior to September 15th. With talk about a web crash similar to the Missoni launch I was determined to get all the key pieces I had been eyeing and then some.
I think I ended up going overboard! I was able to snag most pieces online right when the collection went live for purchase. And because who doesn’t enjoy the hunt, I also hit the local Target store to see what I could get that wasn’t available online.
Well readers, I finally received the last of my order! I have to say most pieces I love. I’m glad I woke up at the break of dawn on Sunday but, also happy to bring back a few unnecessary pieces. Just a note: the collection fits true to size or a little large depending on the fit. The long sleeve blouses are meant to be oversized so you can easily go a size down if it’s available.
I’ve already worn a number of my new tops and I can’t wait to incorporate the rest into my wardrobe. What are your favorite pieces from the collection?
