I am so excited about today’s post! I have been dying to share my experience using TruSculpt 3D with all of you. TruSculpt 3D has been something I had wanted to try for the longest time so I was super excited to partner up with Dr. Howard Sutkin, a board certified plastic surgeon, based in Los Gatos, who has devoted his career to helping patients enhance their appearance and improve their self-esteem.
Working with Dr. Howard Sutkin was very easy. He made me feel very comfortable and I really appreciated him and his team’s dedication to making sure I achieved the results I was hoping for. If you’re in the Bay Area and have been wanting to do TruSculpt 3D, I highly recommend you going to see him. And even if you’re not local, they provide the best travel packages as they are very familiar and used to accommodating medical tourism. As many of their patients are from out of town, as Dr. Howard Sutkin is a well sought out professional in his area of expertise.
TruSculpt 3D is a non-invasive procedure which has no downtime. The procedure is done in one session and the results take up to 12 weeks. We scheduled visits at the 6 week and 12 week mark to be able to chart my progress and make sure that everything was looking like it should. The treatment itself took about an hour. I did 4 treatment spots, all on my abdomen. The treatment felt somewhat like a hot stone massage. The areas would warm up till my skin temperature was at around 104/105 degrees. The heat was definitely manageable. And for the results, was more than worth it!
Each target area is measured and drawn out on your skin beforehand. The TruSculpt 3D device targets each area individually. We spent 15 minutes on my lower abs, 15 minutes on my upper abs, and 15 minutes each, 30 minutes total, for my love handles. I’m trying to think back to which area, if any, I felt to be the hardest to handle and honestly they were all very tolerable. If you have a hard time with heat, or can’t handle a hot stone massage, it might be a bit difficult for you. But with the fact that each treatment area only lasts 15 minutes, it’s worth the discomfort if you experience any.
Aside from slimming my midsection, abs and love handles I gained more self confidence. I feel so much more comfortable in my skin. Having done TruSculpt 3D, I have really started to see all my hard work pay off! I have been focusing on my health and fitness for quite a while, as I’ve shared both here on the blog and on my social media. It’s hard when you don’t see results right away to stick with it. And I’ve been discouraged more times than I can count. But, I’ve stuck with it knowing that aside from the vanity changes I am working towards, keeping a healthy diet and consistent workout routine is so important for me both mentally and physically.
So here are my results! Comparison photos taken before my TruSculpt 3D treatment as well as 6 weeks and then again at 12 weeks post treatment. As you can see from these photos, there is a substantial difference and I am super happy with the results. I would definitely go back again, for a second treatment to focus in on my lower abs once again as well as possibly do another area as well.
What do you think of the results? Would you or have you considered doing TruSculpt 3D? If you have any questions about the treatment, or what I’ve done to maintain my results, feel free to email me or comment below!
As always, thank you so much for stopping by the blog today! And thank you so much to Dr. Howard Sutkin for partnering with me on this treatment!!!
