This outfit I pulled together the other day was my version of dressing up an otherwise super causal look. It has that varsity style feel, doesn’t it?! The stripes on my sock booties and the fuzzy bomber jacket definitely give off those vibes. Doesn’t the jacket kind of remind you of a letterman jacket? I think this is a great everyday outfit that anyone can wear and it’s super easy to pull together.
I’ve had my eye on these sock booties since last summer but just couldn’t justify spending the money on them. I couldn’t stop thinking about them…I do that often, when a non-purchase just haunts me! Thankfully during Black Friday they were on MAJOR sale at Saks Off Fifth so without hesitation I purchased them. The day they arrived I immediately put them on. I couldn’t be more happy with these. My sock bootie collection is going strong and now this pair is my quarterback of my collection. 😉
As you may have noticed, I’ve worn this cotton bodycon dress a number of times now but most recently on the blog here. I was super excited to see that it’s back in stock in all sizes and also available in black and burgundy. I love the fit and I feel like its super figure flattering. Even after a big meal, the rouching helps to conceal any signs of a food baby!
So I want to know, what do you think of this outfit? Is it bringing you back to high school football games?!
