I got this oversized dress back in February to wear during NYFW but of course I had to style it for the cold weather. Now that it’s summer I am so happy to style it for warmer weather. What I love about this oversized dress is that it is so versatile. It looks great worn as an oversized tunic over jeans, with sandals, or belted up with a belt bag for a hands free day of fun!
Summer on the coast isn’t nearly as hot as inland and so in the evenings it’s still a good idea to wear jeans. I love that I can literally pull on a pair of jeans and keep the rest of my outfit the same. Choose light denim for a more casual look or dress it up with dark denim and heels. I’m fortunate that my workwear is pretty casual and so wearing this oversized dress with sandals or flats is perfect for a day in the office or running to meetings. Belting the oversized dress definitely brings up the length a bit too much for the work week but looks super cute with sandals for the weekend or with heels for dinner and drinks with the hubby or friends.
