I have noticed a lot of faux leather options popping up at some of my favorite retailers and brands. I am loving all the faux leather options for fall/winter and thought I would share a roundup of six faux leather trends that you’re going to want to jump on for fall/winter 20. These pieces are chic and edgy and are perfect for elevating your style.
Faux Leather Shirts and Blouses: I had a leather top years ago and I am surprised to see them back. But this time they have really been elevated. The one I owned was plain and looked like a crew neck t-shirt except it was leather instead of cotton. This season, faux leather shirts and blouses have really packed the styled. I am personally loving the button-down shirts and puff shoulder blouses.

Faux Leather Shorts (long and short): Well now I feel silly having just parted with a pair of faux leather shorts about a year ago. But I have to admit they no longer fit me right and so they really did have to go. I think I want to get a pair of longer shorts in faux leather to try out that look.

Colored Faux Leather: I think I am most excited for all of the colored faux leather pieces I am seeing around. It’s bringing me back to Gap when I was in high school and faux leather pants were in. Gap had so many colors to choose from. It’s fun seeing pops of color in faux leather pieces. The yellow jacket, pink dress, red pencil skirt, and green pants are my favorite.

Faux Leather Dresses and Overalls: There are too many cute styles for faux leather dresses right now. I found so many styles that I loved and had to share with you all. I’m not exactly sure how I feel about the faux leather overalls but the more I see them around the more they are growing on me!

High Waist Faux Leather Pants and Skirts: Not like faux leather pants and skirts haven’t been in style for years but this season especially you’re seeing new styling. The paperbag waist pants have been trending for the past few years and I love the look of them in faux leather. The pleated faux leather skirt seems to really be taking off. I’ve found most of my favorite brands and retailers have at least a version or two of the pleated faux leather skirt. I’m definitely on board with the style and plan to get myself a midi length skirt and possibly a mini as well.
Shop pants and skirts:
Faux Leather Puffer Jackets: I haven’t worn a puffer jacket in I don’t know how many years. I had the classic Northface jacket and I wore it non-stop for a long time. This trend is turning the puffer jacket into a chic statement piece. It still reminds me of the Michelin Man but less bulky and more cool.
