For the past month I have worn makeup less days than not. But, that doesn’t mean that I don’t plan to take advantage of the Sephora beauty insider spring savings event. I’m just looking to purchase differently than I have in the past. As I mentioned in this post, I have been using this time at home to test out products, like self tanner, I have been wanting to try but have been weary to in case its a fail.
I’ve also been stepping up my skincare game, and have been trying out brands that have been on my radar for a while but am finally getting around to trying them out. So here’s my short list of products I’d recommend trying out if you haven’t already to purchase during the Sephora beauty insider spring savings event.
Cleansers
MURAD Essential-C Cleanser – This has quickly become my favorite cleanser for post workout showers. I feel like my skin always feels so clean afterwards. The tiny beads are soft enough on my skin and don’t over dry. It also smells good!
FARMACY Green Clean Makeup Removing Cleansing Balm – At night I prefer to use a cleansing balm because I feel like it does a great job of removing my makeup as well as cleaning my skin. I’ve been alternating using this cleansing balm and this one since I have a little left of it.
Face Masks
LA MER Treatment Lotion Hydrating Mask – If you’ve been following me for some time now then you know that I love my La Mer face masks. They are ultra hydrating and smell amazing. If you’re in need of an at home spa day these masks will for sure leave your skin feeling amazing! They are super expensive but well worth the price.
Facial Sprays
EVIAN Brumisateur® Natural Mineral Water Facial Spray – The small travel size has been my go-to for travel facial spray. I love how instantly it makes my skin feel refreshed and moisturized. I shared this product a long time ago when I was talking about my packing list for NYFW and how I never travel without it. I recently ran out and so I plan on stocking up during the sale. You can purchase them in single or two or three packs!
MARIO BADESCU Facial Spray with Aloe, Herbs and Rosewater – I love using this misting spray on my skin when it’s feeling dry. I spray it on in the morning as well as during the day when my skin needs a little extra moisture.
Moisturizers
DERMALOGICA Dynamic Skin Recovery SPF50 Moisturizer – I have used Deromlogica products now for quite a while. I wrote an in depth review a while back which included this SPF moisturizer. If you haven’t read it yet you can check it out here. I have to say for an SPF moisturizer, this one is really good. I like that it has a higher SPF but doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy like sunblock can. It is a bit pricey but it is also one of my go-to’s so I had to share.
JOSIE MARAN Argan Daily Moisturizer Tinted SPF 47 Protect + Perfect – If you’re looking for a tinted moisturizer that also has SPF I really like this one. I have been using this for a while now and will sometimes mix in a little bit of my foundation for a little extra coverage. But on most days, I will wear this by itself and will just add a little bronzer.
KATE SOMERVILLE ExfoliKate® Glow Moisturizer – This is another moisturizer I like to use. Clearly I don’t use everyone of them everyday but I like to switch off what products I’m using. This one is really creamy and rich so a little goes a long way. When I am applying my tanning drops this is the moisturizer I go to.
Self Tanners
ST. TROPEZ Self Tan Express Bronzing Mousse – This self tanning mousse is on my list of self tanners to try and with up to 20% off it’s a good time to buy it! I’ve heard that this dark tanner does not leave your skin looking orange at all, even if you’re starting from fair skin.
TAN-LUXE THE FACE Illuminating Self-Tan Drops – I have seen so many people recommending these face tanning drops. They’re pretty pricey so buying it during the sale is a great idea if you’ve wanted to use these. I recently started using these tanning drops which can be used on your face or body and love the natural tan glow they give me. I’m not sure what makes these drops so much better but I’m also just getting into self tanning at home.
ISLE OF PARADISE Self Tanning Drops – If you’re not looking to spend as much money on your at home self tanning kit, I’ve also got my eye on this product. I’ve heard rave reviews about these tanning drops as well.
Skincare Tools
HERBIVORE Rose Quartz Facial Roller – I love using my rose quartz roller. I leave it in my fridge so that it’s extra cool but they are self cooling so it’s not necessary to do so.
STACKEDSKINCARE Ice Roller – I have been wanting to get an ice roller for a while now to help with inflammation and sooth my skin. I spotted this one on Sephora’s site so I added to cart!
NUFACE Trinity Facial Toning Device – I know I share this device every time there’s a sale but that’s because I really like it and it’s an investment so purchasing it on sale it the way to go! They do have a mini version but it is currently OOS otherwise I would have shared that option instead.
