Three ways to Incorporate Casual Clothes into your Office Attire
Basic T-shirt
Style your favorite basic tee with a blazer and some oversized baubles. Pair that with the bottoms of your choice, be it trousers, a skirt, or if you work in a casual office environment dark, clean, and well fitting jean for a perfectly work appropriate outfit.
Tee: Rag & Bone. Necklace: Prima Donna. Skirt: Giles.
Jersey Dress
Belt a cardigan, or button down blouse over a solid jersey dress. Pair that with some classic pumps or neutral heeled sandals for a polished outfit. Another option is to layer a crop top over your dress for a completely different look.
Dress: Marysia Swim. Cardigan: Vince. Belt: Asos. Shoes: Sole Society.
Skinny Jeans
Wear your skinny jeans with a figure-flattering blouse, eye-catching heels, and accessorize away. I love a good arm party, so I am more likely to stack 3-5 bracelets or bangles with a watch then I am to wear a statement necklace (though they are a must in your jewelry collection!)
Jeans: 7 for all Mankind. Blouse: Anthropologie. Shoes: Jimmy Choo. Necklace: Kluster Shop.
After coming off of a great weekend I don’t always feel like getting into my office attire come Monday. There are plenty of ways you can extend your weekend wear through the work-week. These are three of my favorite ways for wearing those casual, comfy clothes into the office. Of course, depending on where you work these may or my not fly so I would suggest looking around to see what your colleagues are wearing.
Do you have any tips for wearing your casual clothes to work that you’d like to share? If so, please do so in the comments section!
