The other night I went to go see San Francisco Ballet perform Cinderella. I went with one of my childhood friends (we did ballet together for years) and our moms. It was a wonderful evening and beautiful performance; it went off without a hitch. So happy we were able to get tickets before they sold out!
I wanted to dress up but I knew that it was going to be cold, it’s SF…so I paired my Herve Leger dress with a boyfriend blazer, tights and patent leather Stuart Weitzman booties. I purchased the Herve Leger dress during a weekend visit in DC with my then fiancé for my bachelorette party. It was a great find at one of my favorite consignments shops with tags still on the dress from Intermix across the street. The only flaw, a rip on the seam and a small makeup stain on the dress. Both of which were easily fixed with one visit to the dry cleaners. It was a fashionistas dream!!
I hadn’t worn the dress since my bachelorette weekend in San Diego, that was over eight months ago so I was ready to wear it out again.
Do you have a fashion find you’d like to share? I’d love to hear it!
