I’ve been having so much fun during New York Fashion Week, that I haven’t had much time to work on the blog. Time sure flies when you’re going from show to show. I sometimes forget to eat until the late afternoon. This freezing cold weather has made it nearly impossible to dress up. I’ve been layering, my layers if that makes any sense. It’s hard to keep warm, even in my warmest clothes that I own, so I’m so happy I purchased this coat before leaving for New York. The pastel pink color has been spotted in so many collections this season, and I’m not complaining about that. I’m happy that pale pink is here to stay in 2016. I attended a shopping event at the W Hotel in San Francisco right before I took off for fashion week. I couldn’t resist getting a few last minute pieces to take with me. This M Dot Design sweater and skirt caught my eye as I was walking into the event. They work so perfectly together. I love mixing textures the faux feathering on this mini skirt is a great contrast to the knit sweater. The dark green threads mixed in with the olive really gets picked up when paired with my Valentino’s. Can’t wait to share more of my fashion week outfits with you! Hope you enjoyed following along while I posted via instagram and if you’re not already following, please do as I am always posting there before the blog.
