Day two ended up being a short day for me, only because I woke up not feeling well. I explained in more detail in my day two recap post that you can check out here in case you want to read. After resting up most of the day, and getting restless in the hotel I got ready for my evening shows and event. In each of my outfits, I realize that I highlighted at least one fall trend. This rust colored ruffle shoulder dress was a last minute purchase. I am so happy that I stopped off at Marshall’s two days before I left for New York. I hadn’t found a colored leather jacket that I really wanted and thankfully the Marshall’s gods were looking out for me. My local Marshall’s was like a gold mine that day with pretty much everything I needed to finish off all my looks.
I loved this dress but knew it needed something to jazz it up. I ended up ordering this western double belt from Macy’s and had it ready for pickup at their New York flagship store. Between the western belt, black scalloped edge booties, and my calf hair ring bag this look is definitely western inspired.
What do you think about the western trend? Is it one that you plan on rocking this fall?
